Hello, I am Lisa Henderson. 12 years ago, I was a home seller that chose a traditional real estate broker. I never thought to question any of the fees and I felt that the agent did a wonderful job. A couple of years later, I became an agent and I joined the same company that had helped me sell my home two years prior. However, during my training I discovered everything I had thought to be true wasn’t.
As an agent under a traditional real estate broker, I discovered that much of the marketing activity was nothing more than an excuse to bill more to clients. The training they gave focused on how to compete aggressively for more business rather than how to maximize profits for my clients.
It did not take long before I decided to move on to a better company that had values that aligned more closely to mine. However, they didn’t want to serve DIY sellers and I did. As I grew in success, I decided to move forward with my plans to provide home sellers more options. I got my own broker’s license, opened my own firm and the rest is history. My firm is focused on a transparent and a positive customer experience that gives sellers the services that they really need to succeed.
