Your MLS listing is available to agents and their buyers for 6 months. You also have the option of upgrading your listing to a 12 month term.

Listing Syndication and IDX to other Broker Sites

Here’s the power of the MLS! You don’t have to list with the big name brokers to be on their websites. With IDX they promote your listing on their site. Your listing is syndicated to 100’s of sites & appears on broker websites like Raveis, Keller Williams, etc. for complete exposure.

We’ll provide you with CT state disclosure forms so you are in compliance with the law.

Choose the Buyer’s Agent Commission

Choose a buyer’s agent commission between 2-3%. The buyer’s agent commission is due at closing if the buyer for your house is represented by a broker. No commission due if the buyer is unrepresented.

3 Free Open House Postings

If you’re holding a public open house, we’ll post your open house on the MLS, Zillow, Trulia and Realtor.com. If you’re holding a broker open house, we’ll post it on the MLS. You get 3 free postings. Additional open house postings are available at an additional cost of $22 each.

Ability to Cancel

You may cancel your listing at any time until a buyer is found for your property at which time it must remain on the MLS until the transaction closes or is voided. There is no cancellation fee.

Online Showing and Feedback System

Agents can request showings of your property right through the MLS system. You will receive an email and/or text notification where you can accept or decline the showing from your cell phone, tablet or computer. The system keeps a log of every showing request and automatically captures the agent’s identification information.

Agents requesting property showings using the Online Showing System will automatically receive a request for feedback once their showing time has passed. This saves you time and provides you with valuable information about what buyers and agents think about your property.

Include up to 25 Photos

Photos are the key to your online listing. You can include up to 25 photos with your listing.

Syndication to Zillow with Video Upload

Zillow, Trulia and Realtor.com are among the 100’s of websites where your listing will appear online. Zillow is now offering the ability to upload a walkthrough video shot using their app. If you shoot the video, we’ll upload it to your Zillow listing. Listings with videos get priority position in search results.
